It helped us follow a structured approach of assessment, planning, cataloging, documenting, and implementing (rehosting, refactoring, rearchitecting and transforming) all by ensuring alignment with our end clients' business goals and future technical architectures. Its key strengths are Automated Code Analysis, Intelligent Code Transformation capabilities, Clear Traceability and auditability, UI for planning, documenting and cataloging business rules, built-in code to business language translation capabilities, and scalable architecture. The automation embedded within the platform significantly reduces manual effort, minimizes human errors, and accelerates delivery timelines without compromising quality.
Their expertise, support and engagement were key to the success of the project. The product itself brings features that enable the development team to understand and transform the code effectively.
It provides automation for all phases of modernization. It is truly the only end to end solution.
No dislikes for the most part except occasional reliance on core product team for improvements which is much better compared to other products we leverage for serving our end clients
The code produced required additional transformations that the team didnt expect (even though it was mentioned by Evolveware's team in advance). I would suggest to not underestimate the effort required to fine tune its output.

Our overall experience was exceptional. The EvolveWare team demonstrated a very high level of commitment, expertise, and adaptability. Faced with the enormous task of extracting and categorizing tens of thousands of business rules from more than 31 million lines of COBOL, Java, and .NET code, they deployed a rigorous and highly automated approach that not only captured business rules but also maintained complete traceability to the legacy source code.
