What else one can expect from SAP! This is a dedicated tool made by SAP for utilities Overall experience of implementing SAP ISU CR&B was not very good but after implementation experience is pretty well till date. The best part is that this tool gives some best standard frameworks and functions for effective operation of any utility

SAP ISU is no very flexible and we have a lot of problems with integrations with the CRM and the correct billing.
