    SAP ISU is no very flexible and we have a lot of problems with integrations with the CRM and the correct billing.

As SAP has developed this tool specifically for utilities, it gives some of very good standard functionalities which not just help utilities in their smooth operation but also help in increasing effective customer handling. I like following things: 1. Customized billing block 2. Quick Billing and invoice generation 3. Customer history 4. Bill assessment feature 5. Flagging of billing accounts 6. Consumption monitoring and estimation etc. Apart from above mentioned functions, it also give host of other functions which can help a utility greately
