Definitely it's configurability. As I often mention, Ivalua's kind of a Lego: you don't get to chose the shape and color of the bricks, yet you can build pretty much anything you wish with it

Read Full ReviewIvalua is a highly configurable solution that can be adapted to non-standard procurement methods. They are constantly innovating and provide a concise and transparent roadmap to their clients.
Read Full Review1/ The release management (projects / evols / maintenance) can be challenging, especially if your applicative architecture is complex. 2/ The solution is so open and customizable that when a feature cannot be modified, it tends to be frustrating 3/ The product's roadmap is so broad and the product evolves so fast that some features one could consider basic are not prioritized

Powerful Solution for Contracting and Procurement
Ivalua's configurable solution has allowed us to consolidate and streamline niche contract and procurement processes that don't fit in a standard ERP. Ivalua has become a trusted and valued partner as we have evolved our system over the years. - DIRECTOR PROCUREMENT1B-10B USDRetailReview Source
Exceptional User Experience Leads to Strong Adoption
We've had an excellent experience with the Ivalua Platform. The interface is intuitive and user friendly, which has significantly contributed to strong adoption across our organization. Our suppliers as well have reported positive experiences in terms of ease of use. We have had really great success in working with the various Ivalua team over a number of years so far. - IT QA AnalystGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source
A powerful partner with room for growth in User Experience
Ivalua provides a solid foundation, enabling your government organization to achieve more with fewer resources. However, it faces the ongoing challenge of balancing its development roadmap with the unique and complex needs of a government entity. While Ivalua consistently strives to understand customer requirements, the platform's user interface feels outdated, and there's a strong desire for a modern architectural review to ensure it keeps pace with current IT standards. - CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER50M-1B USDInsurance (except health)Review Source
It is a good system, the people behind the system are good and have really helped us.
We are still relatively early in our adoption (just 6 months), that said the functionality is working well, yes we have had bumps, iValua listen and help find solutions. That willingness to face into issues is key for me
