Any challenges which arose during design and implementation were discussed collaboratively to identify and agree solutions. The Ivalua maintenance team has been just as strong in their ongoing service and support. They understand day-to-day business pressures, respond to system bugs or questions, and work closely with Ivalua teams to identify root causes and deliver fixes. Overall, Ivalua is a powerful tool which offers a wide range of functionality to support business requirements and processes, and they continue to enhance the system and offer new capabilities.
