The collaboration between the different Ivalua teams and the implementation partner has been strong. Any challenges which arose during design and implementation were discussed collaboratively to identify and agree solutions. The Ivalua maintenance team has been just as strong in their ongoing service and support. They understand day-to-day business pressures, respond to system bugs or questions, and work closely with Ivalua teams to identify root causes and deliver fixes. Overall, Ivalua is a powerful tool which offers a wide range of functionality to support business requirements and processes, and they continue to enhance the system and offer new capabilities.

Platform is not stable enough, the same issues re-occur after being resolved. Service team keeps changing frequently and loosing knowledge on client specification. Risk center is good idea, but has no possibility to automate, thus not fit for large company with 60K+ supplier data base. SAP synchronization is problematic.

1. Product can be customised to fit business processes. 2. Ivalua actively listens to product feedback and implement them quickly if possible or added for future releases. 3. The different Ivalua teams collaborate well and with the implementation partner to resolve any challenges or issues which have arisen. The Ivalua maintenance team have been just as strong in their service in identifying root causes to deliver fixes or providing interim solutions until root cause is resolved.

Flexibility to customize.

1) Flexibility & Customizations - functions in the design mode, able to build SQL callbacks to meet many complex requirements. 2) Queries - able to build adhoc SQL reports for different users. 3) Easy to setup Integration interfaces.

1. Product updates can sometimes impact out-of-box functionality or existing system customisations without sufficient warning. 2. Some integrations which are described as standard for clients can become more complex to implement in practice, requires additional support from Ivalua technical teams and results in a longer time to implement. 3. Queries for data extracts cannot be easily scheduled to automatically run compared to other platforms.

1. Slow issue resolution. Takes up to 3 months on average for major issues 2. Analytics is a powerful tool, but often out of order. 3. No smooth connectivity with client and external systems: SAP, Ecovadis, D&B

1) I don't dislike it, but I really look forward to seeing the enhancements in the Auctions module. There are lot of features coming up on almost every module, but Auctions module is just left the way as it is since long time. 2) There can be more efficiency/features in building/downloading the Sourcing questionnaire/price matrices. 3) I really dislike the Catalog Comparison page in the Catalogs module. Definitely looking forward to enhancements on that page. Or, if that page can be made customizable for customers. Currently, we cannot do anything new on that page at all.

As an administrator and implementor, Ivalua Source-to-Pay suite is truly exceptional and flexible. The level of flexibility (using design mode/SQL capabilities) it provides to customers to build and develop their own processes is beyond great. We are able to implement/deploy our requirements quickly and efficiently. With vast integration capabilities, Ivalua can also be easily integrated with other third party systems. As a user, the system is very user friendly and intuitive. Ivalua's analytics module and reporting functionality is very useful for making the day to day operations easier.
