The automation workflows, device health insights, and real time experience scoring make troubleshooting must faster. The dashboard is more fluid, and the platform integrates smoothly with our existing IT ecosystem.
ease of use when agents are actually working
I like the bots section of neurons where we are able to create custom power shell scrips to run on the computer. We have automated long and difficult tasks that would tie up agents and now have an easy way to deploy it on computers.
I don't like how some dashboards don't offer deeper customization options, especially for advanced analytics users. A few automation workflows require additional configurations to fully align with specific environments.

3 issues we have experienced recently are: poor communication on updates done to the platform (cancelled updates/ short window for communication), issues with updates breaking the platform (2025.3) and occasional server speed being slow in STG.
