What I like the most about Cisco Jabber is its seamless integration with cisco's unified communications ecosystem. It provides a reliable all-in-one communication that includes instant messaging, voice, video calls, presence status, screen sharing -all within a single app. Works well on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, providing flexibility.
1. Good and minimal UI 2. Light weight and does not use much of the system memory 3. Phone dialer is a good option.
The ease of use of the app functions and for setting up new contacts.
Jabber is great for enterprises already using cisco infrastructure. But, for companies looking for modern collaboration, better integrations, and a smoother UI, It might not be the best fit.
1. Very basic features 2. the userbase is very small compared to other similar services 3. Unable to share files easily.
Cisco is a market leader and supplies excellent support, which makes the product seamless.
