Our account management team has changed multiple times during my 3 years of working relationship with them. For the new Sourcing module that we implemented 2 years ago, it has not been a user-friendly product and we have not had reasonable amount of support that we like to have. Also Jaggaer has increased cost of using the tool and is not very accommodating our needs.

Really good combination of default and customizable settings
Very powerful tool with a lot of setting possibilities. This tool can be as simple or as complicated as the company wants. Less clunky than other tools, has some interesting features.
Had the opportunity to use this application on several E-sourcing events on a trial basis.
