JAGGAER ONE has been beneficial for our procurement department so far. The overall management of sourcing has been made easier hence making it easier to identify the vendors, while the tools for collaboration that have been incorporated have helped in enhancing communication.
All relevant information is present on supplier records, initial vetting process is automatically performed by workflow steps, and the capabilities of automating supplier information gathering make things very efficient.
User friendly - we only use for contract storage and creation. Easy to configure and add required fields.
I don't like the reporting functionalities as much as I thought there could be more features included. Squeezing more specific spending data or even supplier evaluations out of regular reports was found to be rather difficult at best.
Compared to the rest of the Jaggaer modules it is the least customizable, training resources for suppliers going through the portal registration aren't as comprehensive as one would want, enhancements for this module seem to be few and far between
