My overall experience with Google Jamboard has been mixed. While it is simple to use for basic brainstorming and quick visual collaboration, it falls short for enterprise-scale and long term use. The product work well for lightweight ideation sessions, but lacks the depth reliability and governance features required in a large financial organization. Limited integration with enterprise tooling, performance issues in large board and the announced product deprecation reduce confident in adopting it as strategic collaboration platform.

Simple Interface where most of our users learn quickly and that too with minimal training. Real-time collaboration with multiple team members is a likely feature.

First it is very easy onboarding - minimal training required for new users. Secondly, Clean, intuitive UI that supports fast brainstorming and sketching. Last seamless access through Google Workspace with quick sharing capabilities.

Super easy to use, great visual representation of data and great for collaboration.

Requires a good Internet connection for real-time collaboration and syncing. Has a limit of 6 active users, it would be great if the active users can be increased.

Limited advance collaboration and facilitation features. Also we notice weak enterprise governance audit and lifecycle controls. And performance degrades noticeably with large or complex boards.

My only critique would be, compared to other Whiteboard solutions, the offering here is relatively basic and does not allow for the kind of customization and complex designs other solutions offer. That said, it is not a fit for those use cases any way and serves my needs well.

I have found Google Jamboard to be a super easy and useful tool for my organization. Where Jamboard excels is in it's powerful ecosystem with other Google products. Many other solutions offer Whiteboard capabilities, but Google's solution is the simplest i've used and allows for easy collaboration in organizations already leveraging Google Workspace.
