“Zoom Exceeds Expectations With Their Native Whiteboard Applet”
This review will be geared towards Enterprise customers, and its author (me) has been a Zoom administrator for a large company for 11 years. Zoom Whiteboards can be considered best-in-class as a collaboration tool, with feature parity that meets and sometimes exceeds standalone whiteboarding tools. I think many vendors in the Unified Communications space lazily slapped in a barebones whiteboard functionality just to be able to say on paper that they have it. But Zoom went above and beyond in ensuring that their whiteboard experience was an advanced, easy to use, feature-rich, deeply integrated toolset. For existing licensed Zoom users with access to Whiteboards, if you're not using it, you should be. And for prospective Zoom customers, Zoom Whiteboards is an excellent factor to consider when evaluating Zoom.

Base program works well, and collaborative features abound. Whiteboard may have some more useful applications in an academic or structured meeting context, however I've not found it to be more useful than other available resources.

The service is very stable, and the platform is constantly being updated with new features that add value to the business. Great app for saving time and driving for business meetings
i’m using the Zoom app at the time when we were operating in. It worked pretty good for the most part. Zoom Whiteboard Enables Real-Time Project Alignment for Distributed Construction Teams
We use Zoom Whiteboard internally as a construction team to align on the different programs we have going on in the different regions. Because each program manager is working several locations at once, it helps us to align as a team to visually see what programs are near completion and what outstanding items there are. Whiteboard is also easy to share so we can all hop on a meeting together and work on the same whiteboard at the same time especially because our teams are global.
