A: Reliability and no drama operation. The platform is consistently stable. Searches and exports run quickly enough that they dont become a bottleneck for legal or compliance work. B: straightforward, easy to use interface. The user interface is logically organized and intuitive for both IT and non-technical staff. C: Ongoing incremental improvements. The platform is clearly being actively maintained with regular updates and useful features and refinements without introducing disruptive changes.

If I had the list three items, the first would be Id like to see more analytics for reporting and usage, storage trends, perhaps a more modern user interface and thirdly, perhaps deeper documentation and guidance around advanced configuration. None of these are blockers for us, but these are where I could see room for improvement.
1. The price is high for EDU. 2. Sometimes the export can take a while. 3. Naming exports is cumbersome.
I honestly don't have any strong dislikes. If pressed to name one, perhaps the very first synchronization process with our M365 cloud mailbox required contact with technical support. Crucially, the support team resolved the matter instantly.
