A: Reliability and no drama operation. The platform is consistently stable. Searches and exports run quickly enough that they dont become a bottleneck for legal or compliance work. B: straightforward, easy to use interface. The user interface is logically organized and intuitive for both IT and non-technical staff. C: Ongoing incremental improvements. The platform is clearly being actively maintained with regular updates and useful features and refinements without introducing disruptive changes.
Ease of use: It is very intuitive and easy to use. Everything just makes sense and works as you'd expect. Reliability: Uptime has been very close to 100%, if not 100%. I don't recall any downtime at all since we've been using the product. Bulletproof. Speed: It's snappy, with near-instantaneous search results and exports. There are no delays in anything you do when using it. Updates: The service receives monthly updates with new features and fixes. Support: It's been rare that I've needed support, but when I did they were responsive and helpful.
Fast search over our 10 year email archive - way better than our previous on prem solution.
If I had the list three items, the first would be Id like to see more analytics for reporting and usage, storage trends, perhaps a more modern user interface and thirdly, perhaps deeper documentation and guidance around advanced configuration. None of these are blockers for us, but these are where I could see room for improvement.
Customization: The interface is not very customizable. This is not an issue for me, but it could be for some. Complexity: There are a large number of options that make Jatheon powerful, but may intimidate some users. Forwarding limitations: Emails can only be forwarded as attachments (.eml) and not inline. I don't find this to be a problem, but it may be a problem for some.
There's a few features around delegation of search permissions that would be nice to have. Not a critical requirement for us though. I'd welcome some extra tools to help filter out duplicate entries caused by group emails.

We use it primarily for open records requests. Searching is a breeze through 10 years plus of email. By adding filters you can really narrow your results down to exactly what you need. You only get the information you need and thus lessen the risk of oversharing information. You can export to PDF first for easy viewing and to MBOX to send to the attorneys. The system offers a very positive overall experience. It is highly user-friendly, making it simple to locate emails. The search are remarkably fast, enabling quick and easy retrieval of messages
