This tool appears to primarily benefit senior managment with more transperancy over delivery. Unfortunately this is at the cost of greater burden and rigidity to the delivery process. Even at product management level it makes the use of Jira so specific that it is harder to have flexibility for assessment and opportunity planning. This really is a delivery tool and in our organisation has lead to a more structured / 'old school' project delivery.

Interactability, in the most part it is intuitive with drag and drop functionality.

Flexibility and customization. It can be adapted to different workflows and project types, making it easy to track task progress I really like the possibility to create different roles, giving each user the exact level of visibility needed. It has a very good point which is the reports, to know how many tasks and incidents you have solved in a sprint or in an exact period of time.

Performance issue, Integration issue, not user friendly

Makes delivery too rigid and increases the overhead causing delivery to become less agile.

- Support: if you want to do complex configuration, you will need a consultant. - Interface: at first it can seem difficult to understand - Cost: the cost can be high if you manage many users. I would prefer to pay for the platform instead of users.
