It can be adapted to different workflows and project types, making it easy to track task progress I really like the possibility to create different roles, giving each user the exact level of visibility needed. It has a very good point which is the reports, to know how many tasks and incidents you have solved in a sprint or in an exact period of time.

Makes delivery too rigid and increases the overhead causing delivery to become less agile.
- Support: if you want to do complex configuration, you will need a consultant. - Interface: at first it can seem difficult to understand - Cost: the cost can be high if you manage many users. I would prefer to pay for the platform instead of users.
