My overall experience with jira has been very good, it helps our team to manage tasks, track bugs, and monitor project progress in organized way. It works well for agile teams and improves transparency between team members. Sometimes it feels complex for new users and requires time to learn properly, but once set up, it becomes very powerful and useful for daily work.
