Services I like about Jobvite Talent Acquisition Suits are. 1- Jobvite is a comprehensive platform for managing the end-to-end hiring process. It provides a seamless and organized way to manage job applications and tracking candidates' progress. 2- The ability to integrate with other platforms like google calendar, email, LinkedIn and job portals is very impressive. 3- Jobvite automation and intelligence features increase speed and overall candidate engagement process with hiring teams.
1) Dashboard offers a Quickview of candidate before opening into the profile all the way. 2) Updating changes to the listing across platforms has been made easy. 3) Allows hiring team to send emails and communicate with candidates directly through the site without using personal/work emails.
Jobvite Talent Acquisition Suit is the best recruitment service provider, every features is awesome but the sourcing part of this software is best, this software provides good match skills profile according to requirement of the client.
Jobvite provides an excellent service, but automation related features could be better.
1) Doesn't have the most attractive interface - looks like an old program. 2) Moving candidates into a new stage can be a bit confusing and perhaps repetitive when looking at the dashboard vs clicking into the profile. 3) I wish there were a few more search parameters when click through many candidates.
Every features is almost awesome, but we know every software needs to improve so this recruitment software needs to get visa status option even all the feature is awesome i love to recommend to every organisation try it once for good recruitment process.
