since it presents the information effectively and essentially in an enormous number of organizations that can be handily downloaded and changed over if vital, it is a shut framework that permits me to do programmed occasional assessments of the conduct.

It is powerful , flexible and a scalable tool. It provides agile and connected sales commissions, specialized agents which motivates sales and enhances operational efficiency and produces great results. Enhances scalability and flexibility. It enhances the performance of the sales. Improves forecasts. It helps to keep the track of the sales on regular intervals.

Dislike

Complex initial setup - designing and implementing compensation plans can be quite technical and requires assistance Integration depth could improve - deeper and more seamless native connections with widely used CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot would reduce the need for manual alignment and third party tools. UX/UI could be more modern - although functional, some areas of the platform would benefit from a visual refresh for better usability

Dislike

The data doesn't go continuously, since a chunk of time must pass for the stage to refresh, which is the reason when new deals are made, these are not generally reflected in the report quickly, which is the reason we accept a cut-off date.

Dislike

The user interface is not very friendly. The setup is a bit complicated task for new users. The reports are not generated in real time so the information feedback time is a bit slow

Joopy works as the same - A good incentive tool by which you can make your administration incentive/ variable benefits issue easily and track and trace the same by feeding the performance of any employee. The best thing about this application that it is a cloud based application with employee centric SPM planform. It has powerful capabilities like transparency between the Admin/HR and Employees, incentives calculation and issuing makes it easy, faster processing and wonderful reporting as well. This application we are looking to use for customer support incentive planner as well. Nice application.
