Vbrick were very professional in troubleshooting and resolving mission critical issues. I opened a case regarding multiple issues with rev and that as of now one of your DME's is down. They created incident number: 00073487. Vbrick CS Plan for Resolution: As I mentioned over the phone, was to update my case priority to a higher priority and go ahead and escalate my case to their engineers so that they could assist me. DME was running out of disk space on a 100 gb drive. With the engineer assistances i was able to add 2 TBs of disk space.
