Tasks and resources management
Insights, Integrations with a wide variety of systems, and Pulse are the three features that make Kantata stand out. Insights reporting has the power to look at data in numrous ways to remain as high level or dive as deep as you'd like, affording those looking to find trends multiple ways to better understand their operations. Integrations such as Hubspot, Intacct, and others make automating data between systems very easy with simple mappings and very little error after proper testing. Pulse is the feature I'm most excited about now, which will afford the ability to establish robust project stories that encompass objective data with individual sentiment, creating even more powerful ways to explain trends and curate projects from the pipeline to completion phases.
The customization of reports might be tricky.
The product was oversold to our company, it is not easily integrated, as it is advertised to us and reporting is not user-friendly.
I do not have any dislikes about Kantata at this time. Our business needs are sufficiently met and we are not waiting on functionality to become better, often times we become better when feature releases are available because it means someone else had the same thoughts we did and were impacted sooner, allowing for such enhancements.
