Like

The product is easy to use and customize. The reporting capabilities are wonderful. The support team is amazing. They have a good knowledge base to search for answers but if you can't find it, you can open a ticket and the response is very fast!

Tasks and resources management

The intuitive way that it keeps everything organized. You can view projects from a birdseye view or in more detail depending on which you need. It's easy to see how much progress is being made on projects and tasks each month, which in turn allows you to effectively prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Dislike

The transaction history reporting is a little clunky. There are thousands of transactions logged for a certain event, so trying to find something specific can be a little time consuming. The implementation was fast, but at times we would've liked it to slow down a bit so we could've had more time (they stick to a strict timeline). I would like to see more free advanced report writing training webinars.

The product was oversold to our company, it is not easily integrated, as it is advertised to us and reporting is not user-friendly.

There is no way to customize or filter your personal dashboard, which would be helpful when wanting to view comments or posts about certain topics, tasks, projects, people, etc. I would also like if the activity feed only showed posts and tags that concerned me, not just any post that's made for any project by anyone. Instead of shuffling through my email inbox for notifications from Mavenlink, I'd love to be able to scroll through my activity feed and check off tags that I have been included in, rather than going back and forth between the two platforms.
