You can manage all your digital signage content from a single platform. It is an easy to use platform. You can make announcements, event schedules, emergency messages and multimedia files can be uploaded. I can remotely monitor and control all the connected devices. So I would say this platform is the best compared to other platforms. This cloud-based platform is helpful to manage and display content. I can analyze the marketing campaign displayed on signage in a retail store. It automatically schedules employee systems like shift schedules.

This helps to simplify content updates and scheduling. Support additional screens or locations as the company grows. Real-time updates and remote monitoring is one of the best features. It supports tools like calendar systems, HR platforms and IoT devices.

The software is solid. We did expect some differences that were not communicated clearly but otherwise very easy to use.

The UI is so easy and simple. Most software companies make products difficult or complicated to use. It was a breeze to train our users and the Admins who monitor our resources. The outlook integration was seamless without us having to worry about another add-in to our system. Literally, the easiest implementation and rollout I have ever had to complete! This is saying something coming from a 20 year experience with implementations.

High initial setup costs. Dependent on internet connectivity. The platform has a subscription model which can become costly over time.

The ability to drop and drag is causing chaos and it was not described to us that way. We were told we have a bug in the sytem.

Maps and adding dots to the resources requires an assistant to help keep up because our hoteling spaces changed so often with COVID. This is really because of the work from home model and all of our offices and work stations have become inter changeable. There are alot of steps to add more conference rooms or spaces, that could be streamlined. Can not think of anything else.

    The Rendezvous team were Professional and organized. I have never worked on an Implementation project I liked as an IT professional until I worked on this project. It was my favorite and easiest project to roll out ever. This was not their first rodeo, they were able to anticipate my questions and provide me with solutions based on their vast expertise with their products on the technical and UI interface.
