- The interface is not modern - Location of different areas within are not intuitive - Too many reminder emails from product
1. The product can be integrated with more vendors for gift card redemption. 2. The reward points to be given are exhausted as the month ends, at least some of them should be carried forward. 3. They should offer more types of gifts/rewards other than just gift cards.

Employee Wishes for Reward Point Allocation in Kudos Platform
I really like Kudos Platform. It is near perfect. The only thing I would change is management is allocated reward points monthly to give away, but employees are not. It would be nice for me as an employee sent reward points to the person, I am giving Kudos to as well as just a "Thanks" or "Great Job".
