The best part of the service are the people. They work with you to help or support you when you need it, When there are issues they will work with you versus saying that is your problem. They are great at collaborating for the same goal, to fix the issue. I always appreciate their help and their willingness to help me. It is always appreciated.

I wish that there was a way to reward the team when they help me. They go the extra step to help. My company has an applause reward system to recognize individuals that go the extra effort and beyond. There are times I feel the team is short staffed and staff have to work long hours to fix an issue, validate a change, promote a change request. The service has access to our data but since it is outside the company some of the functions that our company have require special approvals or there is a limitation on what they can or can not due.
The response time from the support team, the contract team and the invoice team leaves room for improvement. It takes sometimes days or weeks when things could be finalized in matter of hours or max days.
