ATOS itself has lot's of negative press due to their own equity situation and ongoing restructuring challenges, so there's sometimes to much internal focus than client focus. Besides that all services are delivered as agreed with no SLA failures, etc.
In many situations, it ended up in contract discussion which often caused delays and customer dissatisfaction in the operation. I understand this not a problem with the product or service themselves, but the way how the contract was negotiated between both parties impacted directly on the final result.
