In overall, Atos does a good job at delivering the contracted service. There is always room for improvement and from my perspective they could be better at managing the service from end to end, which includes a better service design for new products, better integration into the operation and a proper change management.

The people who actually drive the service. Like every other company, there are skilled people that really make the difference and Atos has, in overall, good professionals.

- high maturity level of service management processes - hands on mentality of both management and service/delivery teams - stability of the service - integration into the Information Security Services

Dislike

ATOS itself has lot's of negative press due to their own equity situation and ongoing restructuring challenges, so there's sometimes to much internal focus than client focus. Besides that all services are delivered as agreed with no SLA failures, etc.

In many situations, it ended up in contract discussion which often caused delays and customer dissatisfaction in the operation. I understand this not a problem with the product or service themselves, but the way how the contract was negotiated between both parties impacted directly on the final result.

- frequently changing contact persons - variable adherence to delivery dates (depending on the contact person)

    We've started our partnership two years ago with an engagement and a joint solutioning phase. After transition and transformation (T&T) of the services to Atos we can summarize that every promised service and functionality has been delivered in the agreed quality and the service levels are met. The T&T phase last a little bit longer due to additional requirements.
