Both pre-sales as well as transition were superb. Skilled resources with very mature framework on selling the platform, really good understanding of pain points, stakeholder management, and lots of flexibility to bake in things that were not specifically included during RFI phase. Transition team was also very senior and documented all risks, pain points, and improvement plans. Delivery - Pretty good compared to other previous experiences. They were able to stabilize services under 3 months, threw a lot of resources at the problem in order to keep under control. Not so structured when it came to key areas of help needed, but always feeling the pressure and accountability, they never pushed back saying it was not their problem to solve, or using the contract as "shield" saying something wasnt in scope.
