Overall the service was delivered with excellence. The team is very knowledgeable on service management and their ability administer services is impeccable. Contract negotiations went smoothly and the team was very flexible in addressing our specific concerns.

The Wipro product team has shown a high level of proficiency in implementing technical virtual desktop solutions and the capability to operate effectively within our complex corporate structure.

Computacenter is highly flexibel and is providing services in a high quality. But in some areas CC is not using the latest technologies, especially in the warehouse area (Germany). Their capabilities in providing services globally increased in the meanwhile. On the other hand side CC is providing "best in class" services in the "TechCenter" area.
