Our overall experience with HCLTech;s Outsourced Digital Workplace Services has been positive. The team has been responsive and proactive in addressing day-to-day IT needs. Their Onsite Support and Remote Support teams work well togther, helping resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption. We have also benefited from their expertise in Virtualization, reliable SaaS Support and efficient IT Workflow Management, which has improved productivity and simplified IT operations across our organization.

I have a wonderful relationship. The support that we receive is truly exceptional. I can reach out for support and the Kyndryl team will help me any way they can. They will ask probing questions on how they can help. They will check the logs to look for error codes and check with HCL to see if anyone else has had an issue. They are great teammates. They are very responsive to any questions or issues.

The TCS service desks is not a bad product, however, I think the UI can be improved on both functionally and aesthetically. TCS is committed to supporting our staff and that is to be commended and has been a great partnership in ensuring we succeed. However, the quality isn't always adequate and we're better having our own internal team carrying out the resolutions.

In the 10 years of my relationship with Unisys for the services I manage, I find them to be very agreeable to find solutions and process improvements for every day support challenges.

Very good remote support and smooth day to day workplace services, but complex issues sometimes take longer to fix. Helped improve experience and productivity with smooth IT workflow management, though the service quality can vary. Automation is quite helpful, but some tasks still need manual effort and custom requests are not always easy.

My overall experience with the remote workplace support services provided by dxc has been quite positive. The team has a sense of ownership and commitment to supporting users and maintaining services. I would highlight the team's availability and resolution of requests, as well as their continuous effort in improving services.

Provider did a customer oriented and successful Transition in 12 weeks including Chat with the Service Desk introduction. Since take over of the Service Desk Service the 1st contact resolution went up above 80% (before it was 70%). Our business relation is based on trust and honesty. Stefanini is really supporting us on our way to the Next Generation Service Desk by improving continuously their service (Chatbot, Human agents, reporting,...)

Contractual obligations are met but the overall service is average. Fujitsu has not provided new innovations that drive growth.
