The overall support received at times of Incident at high severity, the Management does give enough information on the initial response, and the timely response post the initial notification is prompt and valid.

The options that we can get are either selecting an issue or filtering out the problem that we're trying to convey lags more on the keyword algorithm and time time-consuming. The video kiosk has disruptions on what the problem is and what solution needs to be taken

    DXC worked very efficiently and flexibly in service. They provided workaround solutions when they could not provide right solution for our needs. They tried to meet the schedule all the time so that we did not fail to complete our IT operation. It was very impressive DXC always listened to us and tried to provide better services for us and figured out what services they could offer to improve our IT operation in workplace service and infrastructure. DXC did not ask us to spend more money. They provided us with a cost savings plan when we were concerned with service quality and budget. Due to their client oriented professional service, all of us were very satisfied with DXC services while they supported us. Everybody realized DXC workplace service is very well arranged and managed.
