The Service Desk is overall very good but has made mistakes by "following the model" vs. common sense sometimes. An example is significant understaffing for the first day back after the end-of-year holidays because the prior few weeks leading up to the first business day in January (when everyone calls the Service Desk because they forgot their password) were quiet.
