- Security dashboard and dark web monitoring is useful. - Securedly sharing password with internal users is useful - Able to group passwords in different groups help separate work vs personal password
I like it's cross platform compatbility. I can use it on my iPhone or desktop.

- the first-time credential storing sometimes does not record user id or record incorrect user id where manual overwrite is required, chances of typo is there - always fear of loosing master password for mobile version - no way to store 2 different user ids (eg privilege user id vs standard id) for the same site, which then allow me to pick which user id I want to use to login
Until we got our business account, the free account we first tried was not cross compatible and I could only use it on my Desktop computer. When I first needed help, I couldn't get any Support until we had our enterprise account. It does seem a little slow or glitchy sometimes and takes a moment, when we need quick access to something it's annoying.
