Keeper provides an excellent product that provides a pleasant end-user experience while fitting within our complex, project-based business structure. We implemented them 5 years ago as they were the product most fitting to our needs at the time. Since then, the platform has continued to evolve with new and useful features, and we feel like our feedback has been meaningfully incorporated.

This password manager software has been an excellent help in keeping my passwords secure and stored safely and also helpful in creating passwords that are extremely secure. With so many passwords and logins it can be difficult to keep track of them.

A leading personal password manager with a focus on usability. While the desktop application doesn't work in a highly locked-down environment (without custom firewall rules) the browser plugin does. As a personal customer I love the consistency of experience across Windows, MacOS and Linux; as a developer I love the command-line integrations; and as an Enterprise customer I've enjoyed their enterprise support and appreciated the continual trickle of new features added to Watchtower and the Admin interface.

My experience so far has been just okay. It does basic password management functionality well enough, but the product isn't as polished as other solutions. The web vault and browser extension are slow and use a lot of memory. Some of the workflows I expect to be fast aren't, and I often run into sluggishness. For the basics, it gets the job done, but it's not my favorite solution.

The support we received during the configuration and roll out of great, and he was very patient.
