I have found LawVu useful for our corporate legal operations. By being able to store contracts and track tasks, as well as communicate with colleagues within the platform, there has been a massive increase in productivity.
The product. All contracted are housed in one place and are well categorized. It is customizable and the automated contract production is oustanding.
1. It is a cost-efficient tool and improves the efficiency of legal business processes. 2. Data security is great as it contains legal matters for multiple industries. 3. We could store Non-disclosure agreements for different vendors.
Even when I want to get more precise results of the legal department analysis, I am still forced to export the data and work with it in spreadsheets. It is annoying to go an extra step to complete a task.
Product has bugs, but the resolution team is quite handy and some clear manuals are required to understand the usage.
1. They need to improve their customer support assistance as it is complex in nature. 2. More legal formatting could be added for different contracts & different purposes. 3. The contract approval hierarchy system need to be short which could save additional time.
