The speed that it operates at - speed is everything when reaching back out to a net new prospect and this enables me to be first in their inbox.
LeanData has good matching and fuzzy match rules that are easily leveraged. The tool can also handle complex or varying scenarios, allowing us to really customize routing across multiple objects.
Other tools can be cheaper with more features We use Salesforce so the integration and data flows best but I have heard of nightmare situations for non-salesforce companies Tool only became easy to justify to leadership into once we reached a high number of inbound leads
Sometimes the information that is funneled back is a little vague in terms or what materials the prospect has interacted with or signed up for
There is a learning curve to understanding LeanData and getting it set up. This is not uncommon for tools that can handle complex situations, but it is a reality nonetheless. You can best use LeanData after going through at least one of their certification courses and either studying your existing graph (if you're coming onto a team), or by reading help articles in order to understand nuances. I also wish that their support team could answer questions about how to optimize or set things up. They only manage troubleshooting style questions and we have to go through our CSM for everything else.
