The way it has redefined my approach to outbound recruiting.
What I like most about the Leonar platform is its AI powered automation. It helps with outreach sequences that personalize messaging while improving response rates significantly.
AI-powered sourcing with massive database access is probably the top tier feature. It helps to surface hidden talent quickly.
Its not a dislike per se'. the initial setup, e.g. Integrating with our existing ATS systems required some time and attention, but once configured there were so many benefits.
Despite its promising features, Leonar has relatively few user reviews available, which makes it difficult to assess long term reliability. Pricing is not publicly listed and requires contacting the vendor directly, which can also be a barrier for smaller teams. Also, as of now, Leonar does not offer an APL, which can limit customizations for tech-savvy teams.
There is a steep learning curve for advanced features. Things like multichannel sequencing and analytics are powerful but take time to master.
