Its not a dislike per se'. the initial setup, e.g. Integrating with our existing ATS systems required some time and attention, but once configured there were so many benefits.
Product pricing could be reconsidered so that special discounts and wavies could be availed/granted to non-for- profit organisations
There is a steep learning curve for advanced features. Things like multichannel sequencing and analytics are powerful but take time to master.
