My only dislikes are that having them take on the work introduces more risk because there is another middleman in the communications, however, Lightyear works diligently to mitigate this. I also dislike that I cannot customize the platform in a way that tailors it more to my specific needs. The platform works great, but there are features I would like to tailor and they can only be accomplished with tags. I honestly cannot think of a third thing I dislike. This company is offering a valuable service.
