And secondly, the quality and breadth of content is making it easy, even compelling, to learn beyond the bare minimum. This takes the tool from needs-must to a joy to use, with the team finding both directly applicable content and also complimentary learning that augments their abilities with an understanding of the teams they partner with.

Honestly, it is hard to find any shortcomings with LinkedIn Learning, but perhaps one item missing is better team collaboration - where a manager or team could share specific courses with each other, or even custom teams.
