I landed on Listrak due to positive comments on the net. Whether the tool provides basic important features for marketing campaign, on other hand it is pretty basic and there is no advanced system. Also the service support lacks, when contacted. Perhaps it's simply too young for the competition

Listrak's platform is incredibly intuitive, straightforward and easy to use. It has everything you could want from an ESP and all the email triggers. It also has excellent customer service, problems are resolved very quickly or escalated to the right people. The team is easily accessible, extremely prompt, friendly and eager to find a solution as quickly as possible and they always go the extra mile to help when needed. Another quite positive aspect is that Listrak is constantly releasing new updates and launching new products to better meet the needs of its customers. Since using this platform we have been able to add new automations to our marketing program and these efforts have played a significant role in our continued growth as a company.

The Listrak platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It's easy to create and schedule emails that look great and convert well using your system. The ability to base a new message on another, allowing you to reuse content and product blocks, is very useful. The tech support team is extremely fast, friendly, and eager to find a solution as quickly as possible. Two features that are critical to our emails are Saved Content (which allows you to set up a block of content and insert it into multiple emails at will) and Recommended Product Blocks. They give you a dedicated account manager who you meet with every month and will give you pointers. RP Blocks are a great way to showcase items that meet price/performance criteria and tailor them to past browsing, category affinity, and actual purchase history of the recipient.
