It feels very open source allowing for extensive customization and coverage across multiple technologies.
The product is good because for its price it is very adaptable. I must also say, when necessary I have reached out to the likes of Logic Monitors customer success manager(s), they have always done their best to resolve any queries or requests.
The old interface, which is very nice to the eye and intuitive. The ability to monitor everything in one solution. The connectivity with our ITSM solution.
Cost of Log ingestion and storage. The platform could be more intuitive around aggregating data to create system dependency views
It's complexity when attempting to implement things that were not initially considered by Logic Monitor like syslog forwarding using a encrypted protocol, or its knowledgebase on implementing a custom API at first seeming to be straightforward but upon implementation is more complex.
The new interface is really bad. Please do not make this mandatory. It's a step back in my opinion. The reporting capabilities are limited in contrast to the rest of the solution in my opinion. This should be more flexible and can be expanded by the integration of a report generator like Crystal Reports for example. It would be a huge improvement to have the ability to put instances under a (other specific) (location)group, with the help of a shortcut or something. Some equipment that has been on the market for quite some time isn't recognized as a router, switch, etc. But please abandon this new UI, please do.

Superior Support and Comprehensive Engagement: A New Tool Experience
Support and communication is leaps ahead of our previous tool provider, they provide road maps and engagement sessions so we get the most out of the product, therefore providing more to our customers. Whenever we've hit a roadblock our customer success manager Louis has helped us break it down and allow us to continue on. The UI (v3) is very easy to use and clear on what's working and what isn't, I'm not a massive fan on UI v4 as I find it more confusing but hopefully this develops over time. Another key point would be how easy the tool is to setup across multiple areas.
