I wish I could clear out antivirus alerts that I know are resolved
Both the admin panel and the agent's client look like they were designed during the peak of Windows XP, the sessions with clients tend to look like powerpoint presentations due to the slow refresh rate and licensing can be problematic when you have uneven quantities of mobile desktop licenses.
LogMeIn Rescue is never problematic.
