Rich visualizations (for ex: pivot tables with heat maps) and easy configuration. Good design defaults. Easy to connect and set up reports - can do it pretty quickly, within minutes. And easy to share. Love the Viewer access, enabling querying BQ using viewer's credentials.
The interface is simple and intuitive to use. For someone who just needs to quickly draw a few graphs, this might be a good option.
I love it's flexibility, how quick to create a report with it from sratch
It's not an enterprise grade tool, and does not scale when working with large volumes of data and a number of charts. The query costs can quickly rise if not careful about designing the data sources well.
The features are quite limited for a user who wants to have extensive options.
It has it's limitations, and lack of scripting
