Lync is great business communication tool. Very useful mainly when working with distributed teams. In this tool we can send text messages, make calls, attach files to discuss or solve problems in a easier way than send emails or call by phone. Also, it's useful for support teams which needs to help colleagues in some troubleshooting as the host user can give permission for the colleague to control the machine.
