Mobile App - is not as good as we think it could be There seems to be a development opportunity for M-Files as there does not seem to be a user friendly way of handling bulk documents i.e. mailed merged docs that have been created in a different process away from M-Files that we want to store copies of in M-Files
Read Full ReviewCurrently, the new user interface is getting some new features that are not present on the classic desktop interface. This would be fine if the new interface had all the features of the classic interface, but this creates a conflict when choosing between the 2, especially when a big feature like co-authoring only works on the new UI. We would have to force everyone to the new UI, but would have been missing out on features such as being able to create a desktop shortcut, or being able to search for folders within a view with virtual folders greater than the max allowed. Also, it would be great if within the search bar, we could search for virtual folders as well, not just objects, just like it works on OneDrive or File Explorer. Many people are used to this, and including that feature would be a big win.

Improved Internal Efficiency Observed With Fully Searchable Document Management Features
M-Files has been a really good solution for our internal efficiency as it has helped to increase the sharing of documents in our organization by 36.68% which helped us to save a lot on time and also made our systems efficient, also it has helped us to manage and see the data in a more efficient way by the use of its Meta-data based classification model which is indeed not less than a magic for us.
