1. Creating a channel partner page and management of leads from it makes our sales go up. 2. Tracking the sales and revenue numbers from various sources helps us focus better. 3. Follow-up automation helps in closing deals faster and makes better customer sales and customer success decisions.
I like that everything is built using the Office suite. I also like that they don't have different user types or charge a per-user fee. You pay for the platform and development hours and can have unlimited users. We haven't yet hit a limitation that we couldn't overcome and we don't have to try and conform to a solution with capability limits.
Simplicity, customizable, transparent and ease of deployment.
1. The dashboard UI/UX is very basic and can be customized. 2. Additional integration pricing is high. 3. Adding a customer success and sales database required a third party application.
There is a preference to create multiple solution models over a single model with many solutions. When you sell a suite of products in a single purchase, this could be problematic. We created one large single model, but it required a good amount of back and forth initially. Having some templates would be helpful to accelerate deployment, but this could limit some of the functionality. I think they can also continue to improve upon their analytics as there are basic capabilities and it would be nice to have more data to confirm adoption and increased usage. Finally, because we created such a large model, the load time can be long. Having the ability to insert a custom message while loading would be a nice feature.
UAT can be better, but this is constantly improving with Mainstay. They are very good at taking on feedback and implementing.
