1. in site24x7 console there is no right click option to open server monitor in new window its difficult for us 2. and also detailed license usage details page if available its very useful for everyone which licenses used for which monitoring 3. for user login once the mail id used in any other zoho product its not reuse at site24x7 console we faced issue during user creation and login
Not very deep Need to have more development in terms of monitoring the granularity Need to have detailed RCA which should be very specific to environment
The application must allow account level customizations when deployed as saas platform.
