The three things I like most about Site 24x7 are: 1. Real-time alerting: This lets me know when something is wrong (even if I'm away from my desk) so I can quickly work to resolve the issue. 2. Monitoring: This provides deep insights on our infrastructure, allowing me to identify devices that may be underutilized or need more resources. 3. Dashboard: We have a monitor set up in our department that just shows the current status of our environment. Each monitored device is represented by a colored block. If a block is not green, we can easily identify it and research it, all by just glancing at the dashboard.

Very fast alerting which can save you from long downtime, especially for us who we have enterprise customers.
There aren't necessarily 3 things I dislike about Site 24x7. The biggest complaint has been how overwhelming it can be given the sheer number of available options in the UI. There is definitely a learning curve with this tool, but the UI still looks great and the tool works well.
No option to fine tune Up and down alert in email notification subject line. no option to disable alert at particular time period when daily scheduled job running related to CPU hikes
Sometimes, it can give false positives (for example we have a monitor that will be down for even a millisecond and come back before anyone notices, which is very good by design but can be annoying to due to multiple alerting).

In daily operations, it meets monitoring and analysis needs well.
