I have enjoyed working with MC and they answer all of my questions. They have a support team where you can put in a ticket and they will start working right away on it. If they have any questions they will reach out to you to set up a meeting and get further information.

Product is very good and user-friendly for operators but a bit complicated for the Administrator. Current Reporting tool could be better (new reporting tool, Insight, seems to be better but you need to pay for it additionally). It's extremely easy to build a batch book template, even with a very limited experience with the system. You can connect training to your batch book but this function still needs some improvement. Generally, it's hard to find a similar product on the market.
