The online charging functions, scale, product catalog, real time Rating/Billing, ability to control users experience, real time taxation and billing. The engineering team understands the core network and its 3GPP interfaces that tremendously helps with our solution. The team is dedicated towards our success and partners extremely well with the team here at Verizon/Visible. The engineering culture is set right from the head of the company to the most junior member in the company. Strong emphasis on performance and scale management.

The overall experience with Matrixx has been a positive one, with Matrixx underpinning our Product development and Customer experience ambitions. The Matrixx platform provides us flexibility that could not be considered with other customers platforms. The Matrixx does take a lot of effort to integrate into Northbound (Southbound was a breeze). The Matrixx App drives underpinning H/W & S/W very hard.

Integrating Matrixx with the core network and north bound integration with our Ordering and Provisioning platform is what worked seamlessly. Matrixx has solid experienced core network engineering knowledge that has enabled our product offering. Taxation and GL Accounting and Booking were add on development that ate away into the timelines.

Matrixx has worked out quite well. It enabled us to deliver innovative offers such as Rollover and provide customers with the Capping functionality. What didn't work well is that not all Matrixx features are being fully utilized? This requires a more strategic change in our BSS infrastructure to migrate more features into Matrixx.
