Strong experience and knowledge from Mckinsey, even some that was relevant in our industry which is a bit of a niche one.
McKinsey shall approach the upcoming AI era in slightly different manner. They shall focus more on how AI can be implemented into the process to solve the real problems. While team talks about use cases of AI, however the real outcome might not be as productive/efficient as claimed.
Personnel lacked expertise even in their stated specialty, all too often reliant on myself and external experts to arrive at solutions that were already apparent to us. Waste of money and time overall.
Cost wise it was very expensive but we are a large enterprise so able to deal with that aspect.
