The application due to it using a smartphone is very easy from a end-user perspective to train them on.
It took a lot of work to integrate with out VOIP solution but we do use a system which is not widely used but MH-Cure worked till they got it working.
While communication is usually very good and well in advance, some last minute changes and moving timelines for updates put us in a crunch and having to sometimes do damage control with our customers
