Right now I did not face any problem with this application.
In the reports, I would like to be able to see the number of messages per team. In the Admin Portal, when adding individuals to a team, it would be nice to sort those already on the team by name of date. Having a search function on the message page on the web platform to quickly find messages.
Reliability seems to have declined somewhat with the transition to symplr. It's not that it's unreliable, but I have seen an increase in unplanned downtime.

Nice product which used for communication and consultation
The product is so useful for consulting patients and their examination. Our system can provide us to message with our consultants. Sometimes there may be connection errors but generally we easily use it because sending radyology images, taking notes and writing consultations. There must be some improvements such as asking cases to other doctors from other countries and making international communication. Our system using the product just for our needings and adapted for our hospital only. It is called "Farabi Doktor" and it is the adaptation version of this product to our system database. I know the creators trying to do better always and in the future i know it will be one of the best products in this area.
