Great and Productive application. I really like the messaging features and call scheduling features that you can able to schedule when you have time. We will get the notification as well that at that time your call is schedule.So it helps in time management as well.

The product is very user friendly and easy to train. If you can send a text message on a phone or an email on the computer, you can us this program.

Ease of use for providers Building on-call schedules with our Amion schedules Administration and reporting features

Right now I did not face any problem with this application.

In the reports, I would like to be able to see the number of messages per team. In the Admin Portal, when adding individuals to a team, it would be nice to sort those already on the team by name of date. Having a search function on the message page on the web platform to quickly find messages.

Reliability seems to have declined somewhat with the transition to symplr. It's not that it's unreliable, but I have seen an increase in unplanned downtime.

They are always very responsive and helpful. I love how when I call or email, I generally know the names of those that I am working with, as I have worked with them in the past. I would like to see a little bio sent out Introducing new members of the Halo or Clinical Communication team. This would help me to know who I am talking with and working with.

Symplr (formerly doc Halo) has been an important part of our provider communication process. We are a telemedicine company with providers working in a distributed model (not in a central location), so reliable and convenient communication is a must for us.

Very supportive with implementation and performance data. Slow to react to cybersecurity prep and threats as they moved to Symplr - not clear to them how integrated this communication becomes for clinicians and the safety impacts of downtimes. Improving their response but still slow. Recent downtimes are more frequent

The product is so useful for consulting patients and their examination. Our system can provide us to message with our consultants. Sometimes there may be connection errors but generally we easily use it because sending radyology images, taking notes and writing consultations. There must be some improvements such as asking cases to other doctors from other countries and making international communication. Our system using the product just for our needings and adapted for our hospital only. It is called "Farabi Doktor" and it is the adaptation version of this product to our system database. I know the creators trying to do better always and in the future i know it will be one of the best products in this area.
