I have love the recently added functionality of co pilot it allows for a seamless way to reword things, helps to organize your day and allows you to search for things without ever leaving your current software
Ability to use it for a lot of different applications - writing and template creation, data analysis, presentations, information sharing.
Automatic updates, with the knowledge that all users will be on the same version.
The only thing I think is that copilot needs to be able to fact check a bit better as some things need to be re verified as it can pull answers from unverified sources and that can lead to an incorrect answer
Too many new releases that have errors or issues integrating with other programs.
Copilot integration is somewhat sloppy and intrusive.

See Full DiscussionAzure DevOps has decent connectivity with Microsoft365. While it's not designed for waterfall, there's nothing that prevents you from using it that way. There's a plethora of plugins and customizations that may help you do what you want. I agree with Pranay below, there may not be one single provider that can check all the boxes.

See Full DiscussionWe have been quite aware over three years regarding the benefit of AI tools and services. The city started doing Chatbot POC's in 2022 and since then deployed 2 Chatbots (our external Denver website) and (internal city TS Support). Both of those solutions are SaaS. We are allowing Github for CoPilot for our city TS developers/contractors. CoPilot for Microsoft Office 365 is under review considering the investment for licenses. We also did a citywide inventory of systems that already have or will soon have AI features. We also utilize the AWS Platform.
