I am using Microsoft Copilot Studio in for streamlining different internal tasks. I started using this to manage internal IT operations including resetting core systems passwords, reporting issues related to layer 2 VPN connectivity across our 200 branches, reporting various other IT related issues and support ticket creation. Then I expanded its application for HR related especially for Travel Request and Travel Expenses & Daily Allowance related claim management approval workflow. Right now, we are working on a slightly advanced use case related to the management of frauds related to our life insurance claim and trying to link it with our existing underwriting process.

Microsoft is using branding to push products towards customers, claiming access to local data will help. But in reality copilot is lagging behind, incredibly inaccurate in regard to "private data".

A Scalable AI platform with strong MSFT ecosystem integration
Our Overall Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio has been very positive. The platform provides a strong foundation for building, deploying and managing conversational AI solutions with deep integration into Microsoft Eco System. The setting up and deployment were much straightforward, especially for teams already using Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
