As the admin managing identity security in the energy sector, i rely heavily on strong identity management and account protection capabilities and the platform consistently delivers. The visibly it provide s into privileged account exposed cred and AD misconfiguration has helps us close several gaps that traditional tolls didn't surface. The alerting is timely accurate an enrich with meaningful context which reduces noise and helps us focus on real threats. The threat detection and behavior monitoring provide clear insight into abnormal identity actively and making it easier to detect misuse before it becomes an incident.

Cortex XDR provides strong endpoint detection and response capabilities with good visibility across incidents and effective threat correlation. The platform works well in enterprise environments and integrates effectively with the broader Palo Alto NEtworks ecosystem. Deployment and policy management are generally straightforward, and customers appreciate the centalized management and analytics capabilities. The main challenges are related to licensing complexity , pricing , and the lerning curve for advanced features and tuning , in some environments , initial configuration and optimization require experienced administrators to fully utilize the platform`s capabilities . Overall , the product delivers solid security outcomes and reliable protection for enterprise customers.

A solid addition to our security stack that helped improve visibility into identity based threats and lateral movement potential risks. Establishes good correlating identity behaviour with real world attack paterns. There's room for improvement, but it's part of the stack that we're not considering changing.

Cisco Identity Intelligence has added meaningful depth to how we detect and respond to identity-based threats. The platform pulls together identity signals from across the environment and makes sense of them in a way that standalone IAM or directory tools simply don't. It fits naturally into the Cisco security ecosystem, which made adoption smoother than expected. There are areas that still feel like they're maturing, but the core detection and visibility capabilities deliver real value day to day.

Overall experience is positive .The solution has significantly enhanced visibility into active directory activities and helped in early detection o potential security threats. Its real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities have improved our response time and strengthened our overall security posture

I had the pleasure of being part of the conversation of bringing in Silverfort in my last organisation, we needed a tool that allowed us to tackle Identity related threats in real time, especially considering some of our automation was based on Microsoft Sign In logs where there is around a 24 hour delay, we needed something immediate to remediate risks ASAP. We have an aging legacy platform using On Prem AD for authentication and at the same time we are slowly moving to a new Cloud environment and Silverfort offers monitoring for both environments which is crucial as we don't have to worry about the limitations in either of those environments when it comes to Monitoring.

Our overall experience with Huntress ITDR is positive so far. The platform adds a critical layer of identity focused defense that goes beyond the traditional or normal endpoints or SIEM coverage. What we found is its very lightweight, straightforward to deploy, and integrates smoothly with existing identity providers without creating any friction.
