    In general, my experience with Microsoft is positive. I always find the implementation process very bureaucratic and meticulous, and this case was no different. There are many calls and clicks that sometimes don't seem necessary for simple tasks. Regarding D365 Business Central, I'm finishing the implementation. Apparently, it's quite complete and will fulfill its mission of reducing costs by discontinuing other software and centralizing company and customer information.

D365's full integration with our existing M365 user base ensures we have a single user account to setup and manage. Giving users the ability to pull reports directly has allowed the IT team to focus more on security and data protection measures than day to day CRM requests. Management, vendor and OEM reporting capabilities have been greatly improved across the organization since our implementation of D365.

Seamless Integration with the Microsoft Ecosystem Strong Financial Management & Profitability Insights Scalable, Cloud-Based ERP Built for Growth

We have a fairly high level of customization in D365 which did drive up our initial implementation costs as a 3rd party was used to do the custom setup. License costs are also important to consider, as there is a huge cost difference between the various D365 user licenses that must be considered. Ensuring that the lowest level license is assigned to users will help keep your costs down.
